How we work
The defining constraint of modernization is that the product must keep working while it improves. Our process is incremental by design.
1. Assessment
We measure the current state — performance metrics, accessibility findings, UX friction points — so improvement is defined against a baseline, not a feeling.
2. Prioritized plan
Findings become a ranked backlog with effort estimates. You choose how far to go; the plan is honest about diminishing returns.
3. Incremental delivery
Changes ship in small, reviewable slices — page by page or flow by flow — so the product never enters a months-long frozen “redesign branch”.
4. Verification
We re-measure against the baseline and hand over the results, plus tooling so regressions are caught rather than rediscovered.

Frequently asked questions
Can you redesign without rewriting the whole frontend?
Usually, yes. Most redesigns can be delivered incrementally inside the existing codebase. A framework migration is sometimes worth bundling with a redesign, but that is a costed option we present, not an assumption.
How do you measure performance improvements?
With Core Web Vitals and real-user measurements where available, captured before and after the work. You get the numbers, and the methodology is simple enough to verify yourself.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to us?
Since June 2025 the EAA applies to many consumer-facing digital services in the EU, but whether and how it applies to you is a legal question for your counsel. What we provide is the engineering side: audits against WCAG and systematic remediation, documented so you can demonstrate what was done.
Can you work with our existing designers?
Yes. If you have designers, we implement their work faithfully and flag feasibility issues early. If you do not, we handle the design side pragmatically, oriented to usability rather than fashion.
