1. Who we are
Elvoria Technologies("we", "us") operates this website and AI proposal assistant. For privacy inquiries contact contact@elvoria.tech.
2. Data we collect
- Contact & lead forms: name, email, company, phone (optional), and your message.
- AI proposal chat: conversation history linked to your session when you submit your details (name, email, company).
- Consultation bookings: name, email, company, preferred time, notes.
- Analytics (with consent only): anonymized page views via a first-party visitor ID cookie.
We do not collect passport numbers, health records, payment card data, or national IDs unless you voluntarily include them — please do not.

4. Retention
- AI conversations & proposals: 90 days (then deleted automatically)
- Contact / lead records: 1 year
- Analytics: 90 days
- Deleted-user requests: processed within 30 days
5. Processors & AI provider
We use hosting, email (SMTP), database (PostgreSQL), and AI inference providers (e.g. OpenRouter / EU-hosted LLMs). Personal data in CRM fields is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). AI prompts are sent to our configured model provider; we do not include secrets or API keys in prompts.
6. International transfers
Where processors are outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent:

- Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies (session, CSRF, security) do not require consent. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner.
9. AI disclaimer
Our AI assistant may produce inaccurate information. Verify important legal, medical, or financial decisions independently. Do not enter passwords, medical records, bank details, or government IDs in the chat.
